Plan upgrades and overage charges – If you exceed your monthly order quota, extra fees will apply based on your current plan. You can upgrade at any time during the billing cycle, with changes taking effect immediately. Unused order quota are not carried over to the next billing cycle.


Billing and discounts


  • Plans can be billed monthly or annually, with an Annual plan offering savings (18%) off the regular monthly rate.
  • Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the Organization billing settings.
  • Unused order quota will not be carried forward to the next billing cycle.
  • Unlimited product listings are included in all plans.
  • AfterShip accepts all major credit cards and also supports payments through Shopify billing.


Add members (Team plan)


  • Team plan: $10/member/month (billed annually) or $12/member/month (billed monthly). Includes full product access, permission roles, 2FA, and SSO.
  • Enterprise organization plan: Custom pricing with advanced member seats management, APIs, and enterprise-level controls.
  • Add multiple seats as per business requirements and pay only for the seats you add.

Everything in Basic plus: dedicated technical account manager for onboarding, Slack or Lark group for support issues, integrations for returns, carrier tracking integrations (even for carriers not in TikTok Shop’s approved list), cyber assessments, sandbox and end‑to‑end testing.

Additional US$ 999/month fee.

Enterprise Support

Full support team: account executive, solutions architect, customer success manager, technical account manager, one‑off migration services; multi‑language support, third‑party reviews import, early access to features, account health checks and more
