Announcement: Introducing Pricing 3.0 and Updated Tiers

Starting May 28th, 2025, we are introducing some significant changes to our pricing plan.



We’re excited to introduce AfterShip Feed Pricing 3.0, our new pricing structure designed to give you more flexibility and better value as your business grows.

With lower entry prices, pay-as-you-go options, and more scalable plans, AfterShip Feed Pricing 3.0 makes it easier for businesses of all sizes to get started and grow confidently.

Effective from May 28th, 2025, Pricing 3.0 will be available to all new users and rolled out gradually to existing customers. This update ensures that you only pay for what you need, with more options to scale as you grow.

Introducing a new pricing model



To cater to the diverse needs of our valued customers, we have done a complete overhaul of our existing pricing model and introduced two new pricing tiers organized around the level of service and access to order quotas, pay-as-you-go billing convenience, and advanced customer support.

1. Plan updates


Basic Plan: Was $39/month is now priced at $9/month and includes 10 orders. Additional orders will be billed at $0.20/order.
Scale Plan: Was $199/month is now priced at $59/month and includes 300 orders. Additional orders will be billed at $0.20/order.
Enterprise Plan: Starts at $12,000/year and includes 7,000+ orders/month. For extra charges on additional orders, please reach out to our sales team.

2. How we charge


With the Pay-as-you-go model, you’ll be billed based on your actual sales-channel order volume.
We are offering tiered monthly order plans with both annual and monthly billing options. Pricing scales with order volume—the more you order, the lower your per-order cost. Basic and Scale plans are available, with additional discounts and lower rates at higher volumes. There’s also a small additional fee per order. For example, starting at 10 orders per month, pricing begins at $8/month (annual plan), and for 10,000 orders, it’s around $1,138/month with the rate dropping to $0.11 per order. If you need flexibility, the monthly plan is available at a slightly higher cost.

3. Plan differences


Basic vs. Scale Plans: Both have feature differences and are self-service, with the Scale plan offering more premium feature including

a. Support for Magento and SFCC platforms
b. More sales channel connections
c. Advanced order sync features
d. Access to Affiliate features

Enterprise Plan: Includes all Scale plan features plus dedicated support services.

Transitioning to Pricing 3.0



For new customers

Starting May 28th, all new users, including trial users, will automatically be placed on our new Pricing 3.0 plans.

For existing customers

You’re not required to switch. Here’s how it works if you decide to upgrade:

If your new plan is cheaper, you’ll receive the difference as account credit.
If your new plan is more expensive, you’ll only be charged the difference.
Once you upgrade, Pricing 3.0 applies immediately.

FAQs



1. Will I be forced to upgrade to Pricing 3.0?


No, you can continue using your current plan unless you choose to switch.

2. What happens to my existing subscription if I upgrade?


It takes effect immediately. If cheaper, you get credit. If more expensive, you’re billed the difference.

3. Can I try Pricing 3.0 features before upgrading?


Yes! Trial plans come with full access to Scale features for 7 days.
