Status

Description

Pending

When category mapping is completed for a product, it is assigned a Pending status by default. The product is queued and waiting to be published to TikTok Shop.

Reviewing

When a product is synced to TikTok Shop, it undergoes platform review. Until the review is complete, the product cannot be sold.

Active

The product is live on TikTok Shop and available for purchase.

Failed

The product listing has failed. This can occur in two scenarios: (1) Synchronization failed due to missing or invalid required product fields—update the fields with correct values to resolve the issue; or (2) TikTok Shop reviewed and rejected the product—check the reason in the TikTok Shop Seller Center dashboard, update the product details, and resubmit it for listing.

Inactive

The product is synced to TikTok Shop but has been manually deactivated by the merchant. The listing is unpublished and cannot be purchased by buyers.

Suspended

The product listing has been suspended by TikTok Shop. This action is initiated by TikTok, not the merchant. Contact TikTok Shop Seller Center support for assistance.

Deleted

The product listing has been deleted. You can create a copy of the listing to restart the publishing process from the Pending status.
