  • TikTok has strict limitations on images and only supports JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats.
  • The image dimensions should not be lower than 300x300 or exceed 20000x20000 pixels.
  • Additionally, the image size should not exceed 5MB.
  • Sellers may upload up to 1 video for each product listing, which must not exceed 5MB.


Ensure that your images and videos meet these requirements to avoid the synchronization failure.
