AfterShip Feed Onboarding Checklist
Overview
The following checklist provides a clear, step-by-step guide for new users to understand all necessary actions to set up the AfterShip Feed and use it in alignment with your eCommerce platform and TikTok Shop effectively.
Phase 1: Store eligibility

eCommerce platform | Make sure your online store is on the eCommerce platform we support. Currently, we support Shopify, SFCC, Magento 2, BigCommerce, Amazon Seller, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Wix. |
TikTok Shop | Make sure you have a registered TikTok Shop account and completed the TikTok Shop onboarding process. We support TikTok Shop US, TikTok Shop UK, TikTok Shop Spain, TikTok Shop Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines. |

No matter which AfterShip Feed plan you're on, this checklist is essential for all merchants. It will help you maximize the benefits of our app and ensure it operates at its best.

Phase 2: AfterShip Feed Onboarding | Connect eCommerce Store | Connect your eCommerce platform to AfterShip Feed. Currently, we support, Shopify, SFCC, Magento 2 BigCommerce, Amazon Seller, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Wix. | |
| Connect TikTok Shop Store | To start selling on TikTok Shop, you first need to connect your TikTok store to AfterShip Feed. The following regions are supported: United Kingdom, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and China mainland and Hong Kong SAR. | |
| Currency Converter | The currency converter feature enables you to sync product prices between your eCommerce store and TikTok Shop, ensuring consistency and accuracy across different currencies. | |

Phase 3: Subscribe for a plan

Each plan is designed to offer the same level of access to our most prominent but differs in terms of how much you want to scale your business. Depending on the size of your business, your monthly/annual order volume, and future goals, you can decide on the plan that best meets your needs.
